Rates

The initial phone consultation is free of charge. Within that time, we will identify a brief history of the concern. This call should last around 20 minutes. Your next session will be scheduled and will be apart of your full-assessment.

• Initial mental health assessment: $160

• 60-minute therapy session: $140

• 45-minute therapy session: $120

• Late cancellation (less than 24 hours before session): $75 (cannot be billed to insurance)

• Phone consultation: $10 per 10 minutes (cannot be billed to insurance)

Sliding Scale

If you are experiencing financial difficulty and are in need of services. Please reach out to us directly to inquire about our Sliding Scale fees. Our sliding scale offerings are dependent on each client’s financial sustainability and current appointment openings.

Payment

All payments are expected prior to the start of session. We currently accept all major credit cards, cash and check. We can also accept payments directly through our client portal.

Cancellation Policy

Our Cancellation Policy states that we must be contacted 24 hours prior to your session. Failure to do so will result in a $75 cancellation fee. After two sequential missed sessions without any contact, we will notify you that we will be moving to close your file.
