RISE Wellness & Therapy, PLLC is currently looking for licensed or license-pending mental health providers to join our team part-time or full-time. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested to join a trauma informed psychotherapy practice that seeks to support the growth of its clinicians so that we may provide the best services possible to our clients.

Job Description: The candidate will be joining an existing group practice that seeks to expand its services not only for clients, but also for practitioners wanting to build a long-term psychotherapy practice in a supportive and affirming environment. We follow an abundance mindset and are here to share our knowledge for communal growth.

Candidates will start with a small caseload that will build over time consistent with the candidate’s interests and the needs of the practice. Full-time is identified as providing 23-25 mental health sessions per week. We are a group practice that values quality interactions versus volume. Candidates will work independently to maintain accurate client files that include completed accurate case notes, mental health assessments and biopsychosocial assessments through our HIPPA compliant data system. Candidates will participate in supervision and team meetings. Candidates must have a Master’s Level Clinical License from an accredited program and be licensed to practice mental health therapy in IL. Clinical Supervision is available to LPCs.

Compensation:

· Starting at $52,000.00 for full-time with annual review

Requirements: We are looking for applicants coming from a trauma-informed holistic framework and have experience in at least one of our areas of specialty which include:

• Trauma

• Relational Issues

• Abuse

• Sexuality

• Self-Worth/Self-Esteem

• Life Transitions

• Grief & Loss

• Depression

• Anxiety

Individuals identifying as BIPOC and/or LGBTQ+ are strongly encouraged to apply. Preference is given to candidates with training (or interest to be trained) in Brainspotting, EMDR, Sand Tray, Play Therapy, Gottman Method (or other Couples Modality). Practice schedule is flexible with the option to work from home and in office. Candidates must attend weekly individual supervision and Weekly Team Consultation and Professional Development Meeting.
