Couples Counseling
Being in relationship is a beautiful and challenging experience. When two people decide to choose to enter into partnership they are coming with high hopes and dreams. However, nothing worth having is easy and life can make being in relationship hard. From major life transitions: career changes, moving, major purchases, expanding families, blending families, marriage, separation, divorce, health issues, and everything else life brings our way... all of these factors can contribute stress to the relationship.
Sometimes, life's stressors can lead us to unhealthy coping skills or can even drive a wedge in our relationship. Sometimes, affairs can happen, but that doesn't mean you can't recover from it.
Whether you are deciding to move forward to the next step in your current relationship or exploring if your relationship should end, Couples Counseling can help you in the direction you want to go.
At RISE Wellness & Therapy, LLC we use the Gottman Method to approach Couples Counseling. As a Level 2 practitioner, we can find how to best serve you.
